Registration

To register your child for the 2006-2007 academic year, please print out the registration form and medical release and mail it to:

Materials should be submitted by September 17, 2006. Tuition for the fall semester is due by the second class date (October 1, 2006).

Tuition

Sunday school tuition rates for the 2006-2007 academic year are as follows:

Non-members (first year only*):		$190/ semester
Members (first child):		$130 / semester
Members (each additional child):		$120 / semester

*Non-members are welcome to attend for a year before joining our congregation.

• Please make your check payable to "Kol Haverim"
• You may remit your first semester payment along with the other registration materials above, or you may opt to be billed
• Payment for the Fall semester is due on September 17th
• Payment for the Spring semester is due February 5th
